Useless Seconds : CCL, Marino2

Still moved by our January event, which celebrated a warm techno for body and mind, we follow the thread linking psychedelic and sensual sonorities to pay tribute to another style rooted in the useless seconds aesthetic: bass music. The evening will take place on 22 May 2026 at 21:59 at La Machine du Moulin Rouge.

For this second date at La Machine du Moulin Rouge, we naturally turned to CCL, whose selections encompass the whole history of the hardcore continuum and blend that history with its contemporary descendants. They convey this history and its legacy through their parties, which have evolved into the sub:glow label and podcast series.

To continue our commitment to live performers, we invited our artist marino2 to perform and to share her vision of powerful dubstep—also grounded in its roots but hinting at techno and trap reflections that echo the evening’s guiding themes.

We will handle the opening set in order to pay tribute to the worlds of these two artists, whose respect for their scene’s history bears witness to their love for it.
