The world’s only ambassador of “ostrich-core,” Psykup nevertheless has nothing to hide. Hailing from Toulouse, these five musicians craft music with distinctive flourishes and pronounced rhythms. Unlikely and surprising, their sound appeals.
7 Weeks is a rock band that explores, discovers and moves forward. Their wanderings and encounters become stories and characters that their songs portray before the next quest, in a sonic search that pays no heed to rules or fashions. Free spirits and experienced enough not to state the obvious, they draw their inspiration from beyond the genre’s clichés. They play what they see and live — a demanding approach that paves the way for intensity and authenticity. 7 Weeks has been touring and producing records since 2009. They have their own label and have self-funded six albums and two EPs, which have taken them across Europe and the United Kingdom, notably to Rock for People (CZ), Hellfest (FR), Étrange Festival (FR) and Hammer Fest (UK).
