Aephanemer

Garmonbozia presents Aephanemer + guest at Le Petit Bain on Saturday, 19 September 2026 at 5:00 PM. Blending melodic death metal and classical music, the Toulouse-based band Aephanemer has forged a distinctive sonic identity within the French metal scene. Since the release of their first EP, Know Thyself, in 2014, followed by the album Memento Mori in 2016, the band has continued to develop its style. Their stage performance, notably at Wacken Open Air, led to a collaboration with Napalm Records, which reissued the album Prokopton in 2019.

In 2021 the band released A Dream of Wilderness, produced with Dan Swanö and Mika Jussila. The album deepens the fusion of melodic death metal and symphonic orchestration while incorporating folk and medieval influences. On stage, Aephanemer has performed at concerts and festivals such as Hellfest, Motocultor and Summer Breeze, and has completed several tours in France, the United Kingdom and across Europe. On 31 October 2025, Aephanemer released the album Utopie on Napalm Records, which continues to explore the connection between extreme music and symphonic arrangements.
