Krewe x Rhythm Control BCN presents: Dmx Krew

On Friday, 19 June 2026, at 9:00 PM, Krewe and Rhythm Control Barcelona present DMX Krew at LAUT (Barcelona) in an all‑vinyl DJ set, accompanied by DJ Bruce Lee, Cyberdom and Angela Grief.

From London comes DMX Krew, the alias of Edward Upton, active in European electro since the 1990s. After years focused almost exclusively on live performances, he returns to the booth with a vinyl set that spans acid house to ghettotech, passing through early rave and other mutations of electronic sound. Linked to the Rephlex label, Upton has developed a language that combines analog hardware, melody and a vision of electronic funk.

The bill is completed by DJ Bruce Lee, active in Barcelona’s underground since the late ’90s and owner of the vinyl shop Rhythm Control. His ghettotech selections and deep knowledge of vinyl are associated with the Old School Barcelona sound. Cyberdom offers industrial, dystopian soundscapes, fusing electro, techno and IDM with an experimental yet danceable approach. Founder of the Voidless Records label, where he released Tectonics, he has presented his sound at clubs such as Razzmatazz, Laut, Nitsa and Specka, consolidating a career within Spanish electronic music. Closing the bill is Angela Grief, the digger persona of Ángela Padierna, a vinyl collector active in the national underground. From León, she has built her career in raves, afters and collectives like El Cubo, co‑founding the club Solid Velvet and collaborating with the Madrid label Distrito 91, bringing a solid technique and a carefully curated musical selection.

A night that champions vinyl as both language and tool, where the past and present of electronic music cross on the dancefloor amid risk, tradition and sonic exploration.
