Info
Yung Pepp comes to Hanover with the 'The Big Little Tour 2026' and will perform at Lux on 20 October 2026. The Leipzig-born artist crafts an indie rap that doesn't rely on posing, but on scenes you can picture instantly: Plagwitz, Bolzplatz, Plattenbau, Kiez — small observations that linger in the mind. His lyrics are direct and personal, more like a conversation than a statement, with clear language and a lot of feeling for the unglamorous moments.
Musically, rap meets melodic hooks and a slightly washed-out lo-fi hue, without it becoming heavy or overblown. The productions, often shaped by Florida Juicy, give the songs air: pop edges, restrained drums, room for lines that land because they're so close to real life. Live, that means choruses you can sing along to, sparing verses, and that coming-of-age vibe that swings between everyday life and daydreams.
