Coheed and Cambria take over the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa on July 14, 2026. The New York four-piece blends progressive rock, alternative metal and post-hardcore, driven by Claudio Sanchez’s high-pitched vocals and Travis Stever’s cutting guitars. From The Second Stage Turbine Blade to the Vaxis cycles, the band has been shaping an ongoing sci‑fi narrative, The Amory Wars, presented across concept albums. On stage, tempo changes, taut riffs and bright vocal lines follow one another in layered compositions where storytelling leads the charge. The setlist draws as much from the early days as from recent chapters, with Josh Eppard and Zach Cooper anchoring everything in precise rhythms.
As an opener, Cevilain lays the groundwork with massive-guitar alternative rock and a dark melodic tension, warming up the room before Coheed and Cambria’s narrative journey.
