Micro (Drolement) Ouvert

Thursday, April 9, 2026, at L’Européen in Paris, Micro (Drôlement) Ouvert kicks off the final stage of its showcase dedicated to new voices in comedy. On stage, a selection of comedians comes to present their universe, test their writing and sense of timing in front of the audience and a panel of industry professionals. Each has a few minutes to impose their tone, perspective and jokes, with a spot in the grand final at stake.

Master of ceremonies Waly Dia leads the evening. A seasoned stand-up performer and alumnus of the Jamel Comedy Club, he coordinates the sets, hypes the crowd and sets the pace, moving between sharp comebacks and well-judged transitions. His role: to frame the evening, keep it moving, and create the ideal playing field for the contestants to reveal themselves.

Radio Nova and the Drôlement Bien festival bring together here a handful of talents, some already honed and others just emerging. It’s raw, direct with the room, and designed to see what holds up in front of a real audience. A decisive step for those hoping to secure their ticket to what comes next.
