Poetic Lover - Pour le Poetic Tour

Poetic Lover returns to the stage at the Théâtre Femina in Bordeaux on May 31, 2026, for a stop on the Poetic Tour. Born in Paris in the 1990s, the quartet—Dré, Little T, Rod and Jay Kamel—made their name with R&B harmonies and a strong sense of collective singing. On stage, that blend of ballads and subdued grooves reappears, with voices answering and intertwining like a quartet, alternating between lead lines and tight backing vocals.

The group revisits their self-titled debut (1998) and its follow-up Conquête (2000), including memorable tracks such as “Prenons notre temps” and “Qu’est-ce qui pourrait sauver l’amour.” The set presents sentimental songwriting and precise vocal arrangements, rooted in American R&B but sung in French, within a pared-back aesthetic that leaves room for tone and harmony.
