On December 5, 2026, at La Cabane - Les Halles de la Cartoucherie in Toulouse, Java returns to the stage with Winston McAnuff. Twenty years after Paris Rockin’ and a shared tour, the Parisian quartet reunites with the Jamaican singer for a face-to-face encounter where rap‑musette meets soul‑infused reggae. On vocals, R.Wan and Winston trade lines; Fixi weaves the fabric on accordion and keyboards; Alexis Bossard holds down the drums; Tom Fire alternates between bass and electronics. These reunions come on the heels of a first joint EP released before summer 2026 and pave the way for two separate new studio albums. On stage, the repertoire draws on their collaborations and opens out previously unheard material, with detours into dub, French chanson, funk and rock. Between Paris and Kingston, the ensemble moves forward without nostalgia, driven by R.Wan's lyrics, Fixi's accordion riffs and the drum-and-bass support. A set in dialogue, founded on the meeting of their musical worlds.
