On September 2, 2026, Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone in Rome welcomes Hermanos Gutierrez, the Zurich-based brothers Alejandro and Estevan. Born in Switzerland with Ecuadorian roots, they craft instrumental pieces where two guitars speak to each other, trading lines and textures. Their sound blends sunset-western atmospheres, echoes of Latin American traditions, slow surf undertow and a touch of americana, all carried by wide reverb and unhurried tempos.

Since their self-released debut 8 Años in 2017, the duo has drawn a clear path through El Camino de mi Alma, Hoy como Ayer and Hijos del Sol, shaping a language of simple, memorable motifs and space-conscious arrangements. With Alegría (2021) and El Bueno y El Malo (2022), recorded with producer Dan Auerbach, they widened their reach across Europe and the US without losing the close-knit feel of their dialogue. On stage, themes circle and return, rhythms drift like a road scene, and every pause weighs as much as a note—an intimate conversation stretched across two guitars.
