Cheap Teen & Friends présente «Out Of Nothing» Release Party

Cheap Teen celebrates the release of their debut album, Out Of Nothing, on 21 May 2026 at Point Éphémère in Paris, joined by Rennes’ Kingz Mansion and Parisian APR1L. The release party is conceived as a deep dive into their respective worlds, between abrasive guitars and mutant pop.

Cheap Teen, an alt‑punk outfit from the Paris region, blends post‑punk nervousness, garage grit and shoegaze washes with crisp melodies. On Out Of Nothing, recorded at Black Box studio, the band channels a very ’90s energy without heavy nostalgia, echoing Shellac, Nirvana, Idles or King Gizzard, for tracks that hit as hard as they stick in your head.

Kingz Mansion, a four‑piece alternative rock band from Rennes, mixes garage, shoegaze and pop with psychedelic touches. Their riffs lodge themselves, the rhythm section pushes straight ahead, and the songs are crafted for the stage without overstatement.

APR1L, a self‑produced experimental queer pop solo project from a French‑American Parisian, assembles disparate influences into short, precise dance bangers. The latest releases, “Diva” and “Ketamine Jane,” point to a twisted yet immediate pop designed to make you move without sacrificing ideas.
