Decades in the Grave Tour lands at The Park Theatre, Winnipeg, on Friday, August 7, 2026, with Kataklysm, Six Feet Under and Wormhole.
Kataklysm come from Montreal’s early-90s extreme scene and have shifted over time from hyper-speed chaos to a tighter, more melodic strike. Expect a balance of blast-driven riffing, syncopated grooves and cavernous growls, linking their northern hyperblast roots with the clearer structures they’ve shaped on recent records.
Six Feet Under carry Tampa’s death metal DNA with a slower, groove-forward pulse. Built around Chris Barnes’ distinctive growl and weighty, repetitive riffs, the band leans into a mid-tempo swing that has marked their path since Haunted, through a run of originals and the Graveyard Classics detours.
Wwormhole open a window to the tech-slam side. The Baltimore unit threads blunt slam drops, intricate picking and sci‑fi atmospheres, shifting from dense, mechanical passages to airier sections without losing impact, a direction sharpened on Almost Human.
