Salmo

Salmo, an Italian rapper from Sardinia, has forged a sound that draws as much from punk and metal as from electro and trap. From his early albums The Island Chainsaw Massacre and Death USB to Hellvisback, Playlist and Flop, he has honed a direct flow, dense productions and a cinematic imagery that he also develops behind the camera.

On stage, he pushes this unfiltered mix: heavy rhythms, electronic textures, rock impulses, tempo shifts, and a sense of sequencing designed for live performance. As a central member of the Machete Crew, he multiplies collaborations while maintaining a recognizable sonic identity, balancing blunt, upfront writing with dark atmospheres.

In 2026 he revisits Hellvisback with Hellvisback 10 Years Later, a project that reworks the 2016 album and opens new directions. He comes to Paris on 29 November 2026 at the Cabaret Sauvage with a set that crosses classics and new material, a set list that spans his different periods, from dark rap to bursts of rock. His hybrid rap speaks to Italy today—caught between tension, irony and rhythmic precision.
