Patson presents Baltazar at République, Paris, on April 11, 2026. A stand-up figure first revealed at the Jamel Comedy Club, he returns to the essentials: a mic, a sharp tongue and stories drawn from everyday life. He explores the contrasts between Côte d’Ivoire, the Antilles and mainland France, mixing slang, popular expressions and on-the-spot improvisation with the audience. With a tight pace and rapid-fire jokes, he takes jabs at everyone equally and tells as much about himself as he observes. His style remains very much American-style stand-up—direct and rhythmic—propelled by that trademark footwork. The house signatures are present, from “Yes Papa” to winks at his previous shows, not out of nostalgia but simply to keep the momentum going.
