Lake Street Dive

Lake Street Dive will perform at TivoliVredenburg in Utrecht on 18 October 2026. The American band, fronted by singer Rachael Price with core members Bridget Kearney, Mike Calabrese, Akie Bermiss and James Cornelison, moves fluidly between pop, soul, jazz and folk, with tight grooves and multi-part harmonies as constant anchors. Since Bad Self Portraits (2014), Side Pony (2016) and Obviously (2021) the group has developed a distinctive signature: warm, inventive and human. With Good Together (2024), nominated for a Grammy, they continue that trajectory with songs that do not shy away from the tensions of the present while focusing on connection, dance and empathy.

On stage it’s all about chemistry: Price’s voice takes the lead, the rhythm section drives, and keyboards and guitar provide color and air. Expect new tracks alongside favourites, played precisely but with enough space for dynamics and small turns. Lake Street Dive offers material that is as easy to sing along to as it is to reflect on, carried by close harmony and an open sense of play that naturally comes through in concert.
