TENDER, the British duo formed by James Cullen and Dan Cobb, returns to Le Hasard Ludique in Paris’s 18th arrondissement on 2 October 2026. Since 2015 the band has been shaping an electronic-tinged alternative pop, driven by a clear vocal, subdued synths and minimalist rhythms—somewhere between R&B and indie. Their new album, Where the Waves Break, serves as the through-line for this live show: fourteen tracks that probe human contradictions, between light and darkness, confidence and fragility, euphoria and doubt.

Based on England’s south coast, Cullen and Cobb deliver here an album of reconnection to their rapport and to their beginnings. Self-produced and conceived as an emotional tide, the record unfolds songs that answer one another, alternating slow pulses, enveloping melodies and restrained tensions. After exploring fatherhood and the turmoil of the modern world on Flux, TENDER return with greater perspective, more direct songwriting and a more stripped-back production, without losing the intimate quality that is their signature.
