La Marginal Gate brings together a shifting, unlabelled scene. On March 12, 2026 at La Bellevilloise, rappers, beatmakers, DJs and live musicians share the stage for a crossover of styles conceived for listening and for the moment.
Rowjay arrives from Montreal with L’Expérience Vie Rapide, francophone rap nourished by trap, deadpan humor and carefully placed basslines, situated between Quebec and France. On the French side, Livaï explores the porous boundary between singing and rap, carried by direct writing and a melodic sensibility.
Idée Noire settles in for the long haul with a one-hour set, open to last-minute guests. 09PEAS alternates between live performance and DJ set, while Nyu threads a hyperpop line between processed vocals and edgy synths. SABD slows the tempo with an acoustic moment tailored to the venue.
The rest of the line-up draws its own lines: Notinbed, Heymikey and Akuro complete the journey with club selections, guitars and handcrafted beats. An evening designed to flow between moods and textures, without boxes or signposts, at La Bellevilloise on March 12, 2026.
