Aketo and Tunisiano rekindle the name Sniper, reuniting as a duo for a back-to-basics return designed for the stage. Born in 1997 in the Val-d’Oise around Aketo, Tunisiano, Blacko and DJ Boudj, the group forged an identity rooted in neighborhood experience, social critique and straightforward writing. Du rire aux larmes (2001) set the tone, followed by Gravé dans la roche (2003) and Trait pour trait (2006), whose tracks accompanied an entire generation.

On November 21, 2026 at La Cartonnerie in Reims, the duo revisits those classics and unveils new songs. Complementary flows, a strong sense of storytelling, lyrics that confront reality head-on: Sniper puts its voice back into engaged rap that doesn’t go in circles. The set promises to be more mature, calmer than the years marked by tension, refocused on respect, authenticity and stage energy.
