The Celtic Social Club

The Celtic Social Club arrives on November 26, 2026 at the Warehouse in Nantes. Born around the Vieilles Charrues festival, this collective brings together seven Franco-Irish musicians determined to set Celtic heritage and rock energy in dialogue. On stage, tunes from Ireland, Scotland, Brittany and Galicia meet original compositions: electric riffs, strings and bagpipes interlock over a solid rhythmic foundation, sitting between folk and pop with echoes of reggae and blues.

The band operates in a club spirit—open and generous: shared vocals, instruments answering one another, arrangements in the service of the melody. Its Celtic soul gives the live show a warm, outrightly danceable tone, far from frozen folklore. The Celtic Social Club crafts contemporary songs by drawing on tradition as a living source. The set is conceived for the collective—made for dancing and for sing-along choruses—fostered by the stage-to-audience closeness that defines the group's experience.
