Info
On March 7, 2026, at the Centre Vidéotron in Quebec City, Megadeth headlines alongside Anthrax and Exodus for an evening of 100% American thrash.
Megadeth, founded in Los Angeles in 1983 by Dave Mustaine, delivers fast, precise thrash built on razor-sharp riffs, complex structures and lyrics that look squarely at politics, war and social alienation. From early releases like Killing Is My Business and Peace Sells to landmarks such as Rust in Peace and Countdown to Extinction, the discography continued with Dystopia and then The Sick, the Dying... and the Dead!. On stage, the Mustaine-led lineup emphasizes a clear rhythmic tension and cutting solos.
Anthrax, formed in New York in 1981 around Scott Ian, is part of the Big Four. Speed, razor-tight riffs and shouted choruses, with vocal back-and-forths between Joey Belladonna and John Bush at different times. Among their milestones: Among the Living, the heavier turn of Sound of White Noise, then a pronounced return to thrash on Worship Music and For All Kings. Their rap-metal collaboration with Public Enemy also left a mark on the band’s history.
Exodus, a Bay Area pioneer since 1979, is centered on Gary Holt and Tom Hunting, with Kirk Hammett among its origins. Bonded by Blood early on established their identity: brisk tempos, tight riffs and abrasive vocals. After a hiatus, the band returned in the early 2000s with Tempo of the Damned and has continued up to the recent Persona Non Grata.
