Paul Simon

Paul Simon, an American songwriter and co‑founder of Simon & Garfunkel, will be on stage on 16 April 2026 at the Uber Eats Music Hall in Berlin. Since the early 1970s his repertoire has ranged between folk, pop and rock, marked by a keen eye for everyday stories and precise storytelling. Over the years he opened his music to African, Latin American and Caribbean rhythms and harmonies — a path that led him from an intimate songwriter to a curious explorer of sound. From Paul Simon (1972), There Goes Rhymin’ Simon (1973) and Still Crazy After All These Years (1975), through Graceland (1986) and The Rhythm of the Saints (1990), to more recent works such as You’re the One, Surprise, So Beautiful or So What, Stranger to Stranger, In the Blue Light and Seven Psalms (2023), his catalogue offers plenty of room for dynamic expression in concert. On stage acoustic guitar, multi‑part vocals, soul- and gospel‑tinged arrangements and percussive textures meet — a set that condenses his various creative phases and puts the focus squarely on the songs.
