Jeune Morty

Jeune Morty, a Franco-Ivorian rapper from France’s new scene, forges a distinctive path between trap, coupé-décalé and a direct writing style unconcerned with labels. On stage, he turns this blend into a vivid set that sits at the intersection of rock, rap and a more theatrical approach, where his voice interacts with atmospheric instrumentals and slow to mid-tempo beats.

In Lille, he presents Éponyme, a hybrid project shaped between France, Africa and the United States. Conceived around a clear artistic direction, the live show unfolds melodic textures and sharp rhythms, with lyrics that navigate between observations of daily life, relationships and introspection. Joined by the Jetset, Jeune Morty stretches his songs, links different moods and constructs a narrative thread that plays on contrasts: surges of energy, restrained tensions and quieter, more intimate moments.
