Info
Mathieu Boogaerts closes his Grand Piano tour at the Théâtre l’Archipel in Paris on 4 April 2026. A return to the blue hall, where it all began, for a final appointment with his band. This final stretch extends a format built around the piano and a playing style that stays close to the songs, between subtle nuances, silences and supple rhythms.
A singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Boogaerts grew up with keyboards and drum kits, formed his first bands as a teenager, then released his debut album Ondulé in 1995. He has since been seen performing his songs in France and abroad, crossed paths with Matthieu Chedid, published the book Je ne sais pas in 2010, and maintained a steady discography in which an economy of means serves the strength of the lyrics.
On stage, he favors tight arrangements and the precision of words. For this closing concert, he takes his musicians through a set that spans his various periods, with that unhurried way of letting melody, rhythm and voice circulate. A return to his roots to come full circle, in the venue that started the adventure.
