On May 15, 2026, London Music Hall (182 Dundas Street, London, Canada) hosts In Flames. Formed in Gothenburg in the early 90s, the band helped shape melodic death metal with early releases like Lunar Strain, The Jester Race and Whoracle. Over the years they folded in alternative and electronic touches on Reroute to Remain, Soundtrack to Your Escape and Come Clarity, then kept refining that balance on Battles, I, The Mask and Foregone. Live, Anders Fridén and Björn Gelotte steer a set that moves between rapid-fire riffs, tight grooves and melodic lines without losing intensity.
Special guest thrown brings a compact, heavy take from Stockholm’s metal/hardcore scene. Short, direct tracks, low-tuned riffs and sharp syncopation set the frame, with shouted vocals and lyrics circling anxiety and interpersonal tension. Signed to Arising Empire, the band set its blueprint with the 2022 EP Extended Pain and has been moving fast through clubs and midsize rooms across Europe.
