George Thorogood’s slide guitar and gritty vocal anchor tight riffs and driving grooves, moving between their own songs and reworks of staples by John Lee Hooker, Elmore James or Chuck Berry. Years on the road with a steady core around Thorogood and drummer Jeff Simon have shaped a live set built on pulse, space and punch.
Also on the bill, The Marshall Tucker Band brings its southern rock blend from Spartanburg, South Carolina: country roots, blues undertow, gospel shades and a touch of jazz. Melodic guitars, signature flute lines and unhurried song structures define their approach, carried today by longtime frontman Doug Gray. The group keeps that 70s spirit alive on stage, balancing storytelling, interplay and a laid-back swing.
