Cœur de Pirate

Cœur de Pirate, aka Béatrice Martin, takes the stage with piano-led pop that leans into intimacy and clear melodies. Since her 2008 debut and the breakthrough Comme des enfants, the Montreal artist has traced a path between candid songwriting and arrangements that breathe, moving from orchestral pop to indie shades and discreet electronic touches. Blonde pushed the tempo, Roses embraced a modern production, and she also signed the score for the video game Child of Light. With En cas de tempête ce jardin sera fermé and Perséides, she keeps turning personal storms into songs that hold both delicacy and resolve.

She’ll be at Théâtre Manuvie in Brossard on February 8, 2027. On the program: the piano at the center, a voice that carries the narrative, and a set that travels across her catalog, from early favorites to more recent tracks. Between melancholy edges and brighter contours, Cœur de Pirate revisits her songs with the same pared-back clarity that defines her writing, balancing intimacy, rhythm and a taste for melody that stays.
