SoFaygo

SoFaygo lands in Toronto on February 25, 2026 for a concert at The Mod Club, 722 College Street. The Atlanta-raised rapper and singer, born in Grand Rapids in 2001, has built a style between melodic trap, cloud rap and early rage rap, with a sharp, high-pitched voice over bass-forward, synth-led production. Knock Knock, released in 2019 and boosted online the following year, drew wide attention and led to his signing with Cactus Jack. Before his first album, a run of projects and EPs, including After Me (2020), set the tone with sung hooks and quick-fire flows.

In 2022, Pink Heartz pushed saturated electronic textures and looping melodies, while the writing circled relationships, parties and life on tour. On stage, SoFaygo moves between airy refrains and more percussive passages, stacking ad‑libs and low-end pressure, drawing from Pink Heartz as well as earlier tracks like Knock Knock. The Mod Club date brings this hybrid approach to Toronto, in a setting tailored to his bass-heavy, synthetic sound.
