Collective Soul With Special Guest The Blue Stones

Info

Collective Soul brings its alt-rock craft to The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor on March 28, 2026. Formed in 1992 outside Atlanta, the band shaped a sound where post-grunge grit meets melodic clarity, driven by Ed Roland’s writing and the guitar dialogue with his brother Dean. Early attention came with Hints Allegations and Things Left Unsaid, followed by the self-titled album that set their template: guitars up front, clear vocals and hook-driven choruses. Over the years, Dosage, Youth, See What You Started by Continuing, Blood and Vibrating have kept that straight-ahead energy, with Will Turpin on bass, Jesse Triplett on guitar and Johnny Rabb on drums completing the lineup.

Special guest The Blue Stones plays on home turf. The Windsor duo of Tarek Jafar (guitar, vocals) and Justin Tessier (drums, vocals) works a tight, blues-leaning rock built on thick riffs, present drums and melodic lines. Black Holes (2018) set the tone; Hidden Gems (2021) folded in a pop and soul touch; Pretty Monster (2022) pushed the dynamics further with structures designed for the stage. The duo aims for a dense two-piece sound with sharp contrasts in tempo and texture at The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor, 377 Riverside Drive East, Windsor.
