Zentone returns to Limoges on March 5, 2026 at the John Lennon Cultural Centre. Born from the meeting of Zenzile and High Tone, the project is rooted in dub while allowing detours into electro and more organic textures. Two visions, two methods, one shared taste for live construction: loops, delays, thick basslines, pads and counter-rhythms that answer each other rather than oppose. Alongside them, Jolly Joseph, a singer and multi‑instrumentalist from the sound-system scene, brings the voice and energy that tie the explorations into a common narrative.
Zenzile brings a broad, cinematic sense of groove, unfolding arrangements and basslines that carry the set. High Tone contributes a sharper, more experimental approach—Lyon dub fed by electronic idioms, industrial textures and sudden breaks. Together they sign as Zentone, a shared playground where every track is reworked live, balancing studio precision with on-the-spot improvisation.
