On April 23, 2026, as part of the Nouvel Orage festival, La Barakason in Rezé welcomes arøne, a songwriter, composer and performer from Brittany who shapes sensitive pop threaded through the culture of French rap. Between catchy melodies and journal-like lyrics, she moves forward with direct writing and atmospheric productions, true to her mantra: make people dance while stirring emotion. After nine years of piano and early DIY bedroom tracks, she released the EPs conséquences, toutes mes larmes and fin d’été, each one an intimate chapter.

Back in the studio after fin d’été, arøne took time to refine the formula, reintroducing guitars and bass lines drawn from her rock loves, while leaning toward an unapologetic teen-pop. Inspirations slide from The Weeknd to Billie Eilish, Judeline or Shygirl, without losing her center: telling stories and composing from the heart and the gut. Her new, dramatic single claims an intensity long judged “too much,” and points the way to a live show where listeners recognize themselves in her looping moods. “I’d write you songs — it’s much easier than telling you”: to be experienced in a room, close to her voice.
