Verino « Rodéo »

On October 17, 2026, Verino presents “Rodéo” at the Palais des Congrès in Le Touquet-Paris-Plage. The comedian continues to probe the tensions that run through us and the contradictions of everyday life, microphone in hand and ideas firmly in place. Grounded yet with an unsteady gaze, he advances through the surrounding chaos, stringing together observations, digressions and sudden brakes—like a rodeo where you manage to hang on for eight more seconds with every attempt.

After “Focus,” which firmly established him on the stand-up scene, Verino returns with a sharpened text, fed by what he picks up from the world and the networks, without preaching—simply pointing out what squeaks. He toys with the nerves and paradoxes of the moment, moves from the intimate to the collective, and turns current events into material for both laughter and reflection.

The material is credited to Verino, in collaboration with Marion Balestriero, Aude Galliou and Greg Vacher, with staging by Thibaut Evrard. It’s a return to the stage in a more agile, more direct form, where each idea takes the turn at the last moment to better surprise. “Rodéo” is his way of staying in the saddle and taking the audience along in a movement that doesn’t let go.
