Dynamite Shakers

Dynamite Shakers are a Vendée four-piece in their twenties, brought together by a clear taste for raw, straight-ahead rock. The band draws on Arctic Monkeys, Stray Cats, Bad Nerves, Johnny Thunders and Sonic Youth to shape taut songs driven by raspy guitars and memorable choruses. The language alternates between French and English, without calculation, serving lyrics that hit the mark. After more than 400 shows, from small rooms to major stages, the playing is precise, energetic, and the chemistry is firmly in place.

On 28 March 2026, Dynamite Shakers arrive at Le Portail Coucou in Salon-de-Provence. On the bill: a raw yet melodic set where distortion rubs up against tattoo-like melodies that cling to the heart and mind. The band moves forward, tightens its songs, and confirms its line: biting riffs, a compact rhythm section, and vocals that shift from one language to the other without losing the thread. In the background, a second album is planned for 2026, but here the focus is on stage: rock as ritual, the joy of playing, and the present moment.
