Valentin Vander - La Consolante

Info

On March 20, 2026, at the Zèbre de Belleville in Paris, Valentin Vander presents La Consolante on stage, his third album with folk-tinged colors. After more than 6 million views for Symphonie Confinée, this singer and multi-instrumentalist, who spent twelve years with Les Goguettes (a trio—though there were four of them), returns to solo work with new songs where melody takes the lead, carried by a clear voice and songwriting attentive to everyday life.

A songwriter and composer, Vander lays his lyrics over warm, woody guitars, tight backing vocals and arrangements that lean toward acoustic pop. Inherited from Les Goguettes, his practice of collective harmonies is here refocused toward a more personal narrative. La Consolante, announced in autumn 2025, serves as the thread of this concert, between unreleased material and tracks that gained attention online since the lockdown period.

On stage, he alternates intimate ballads and more upbeat choruses, moving from subtle arpeggios to choral swells. It’s a date to follow the path that leads from Symphonie Confinée to the new songs of La Consolante, at the Zèbre de Belleville.
