Mania - The Abba Tribute

MANIA – The ABBA Tribute, formerly ABBA Mania, arrives on 1 October 2026 at the Arena du Pays d’Aix in Aix‑en‑Provence. The British group dedicated to ABBA’s repertoire brings back to the stage the songs that shaped pop, faithfully reproducing the original arrangements and period sound. Vintage instruments, analogue keyboards, two‑part harmonies, sequined costumes and disco choreography paint an accurate picture of the Swedish quartet’s aesthetic, Scandinavian accents included.

For nearly two hours, the setlist spans the 1970s and 1980s, running through “Money, Money, Money,” “Waterloo,” “Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!,” “Dancing Queen,” “SOS” and other essentials. Straightforwardly, MANIA performs these tracks as they are known, in a live version that emphasises the group’s dynamics and the pleasure of communal singing. It’s an event designed for those who want to rediscover these classics in a concert hall, balancing faithfulness to the original sound with the desire to dance.
