L.E.J are Lucie, Elisa and Juliette, three friends from Saint-Denis who grew up on the same street and developed a shared sound over the years. After several albums and a tour of more than 100 dates, capped by a Victoire de la Musique in 2017 (Révélation scène), the trio returns to La Cartonnerie, Reims on March 21, 2026 with S’aimer c’est galère (Loving Each Other Is a Struggle), a new album that is more personal and raw.

The record explores seduction and desire, doubts and heartbreak, vulnerabilities, questions of trust and money, and yearnings to be elsewhere. Three voices answer and blend into one, serving direct, unvarnished lyrics. Sonically, L.E.J moves between R’n’B, French chanson and French touch, with precise harmonies and contemporary textures while staying true to the group’s DNA. On stage, these new songs sit alongside their touchstones, creating a set that emphasizes cohesion and collective songwriting. A pivotal moment for a trio that continues to affirm its vocal signature and its way of telling the truth—simply and without détour.
