Aime Simone

Aimé Simone, born in France and now based in Berlin, composes airy pop threaded with trap rhythms and chiaroscuro electronics. His clear voice settles on restrained beats, supple bass lines and synths that give the lyrics room to breathe. With REV, his third album, he continues a personal songwriting approach in which the search for self, the impulse of love and the process of rebuilding take shape in crisp choruses and pared-down productions. On stage, his pieces play on the contrast between minimal pulses and more stripped-back ballads, in a direct format that places voice and melody front and centre. As reference points one might think of James Blake, Christine and the Queens or Frank Ocean, while he remains on a singular terrain shaped by his DIY aesthetic.

Aimé Simone will be at the Théâtre des Cordeliers in Romans-sur-Isère on 20 March 2026 for an off-site concert co-produced with Romans Scènes, presented in a standing-only format.
