Laurent Baffie returns to the stage with Oh, f***ing Laurent, a new one-man show he presents at the Théâtre Sébastopol in Lille on January 14, 2027. A comedian, author and director, he has long cultivated a direct repartee and a taste for subversion, which he pushes here in a free-form format. No linear narrative: a succession of situations, sharp questions, asides and improvisations, carried by the upfront relationship with the audience that is his trademark.
Baffie enjoys turning the rules upside down, starting from a word, a current event or an audience remark to build rapid sequences where the absurd meets the real. Lively language, sustained pace, unexpected turns and interactions: the ground is fluid and the evening is also written with the audience.
