L'Héritage Goldman 2

L’Héritage Goldman returns with a new chapter, L’Héritage Goldman 2, led by the collective of singers and musicians brought together by Erick Benzi, longtime producer and collaborator of Jean-Jacques Goldman. On November 6, 2026 at the Scarabée de Riorges, the troupe explores Goldman’s universe in all its facets: his own classics and the songs he wrote for other voices of French chanson. Over the course of the concert the program moves from “Pour que tu m’aimes encore” to “Il me dit que je suis belle,” from “Si tu veux m’essayer” to “L’Envie,” from “Aïcha” to key numbers from Goldman’s repertoire, all rearranged for the stage by a band in service of the songs. The idea is not imitation but the transmission of a catalogue that has marked several generations, with performers sharing the pieces and a sound shaped by Benzi. About twenty-five tracks over two hours of music, blending pop‑rock energy, ballads and choruses designed for live performance, to rediscover what Goldman’s songwriting sowed in Céline Dion, Johnny Hallyday, Patricia Kaas, Khaled, Florent Pagny and, of course, the songwriter himself.
