On March 10, 2026, at L’Écrin Talant, Suzanne Vega stops in with Flying With Angels. The American singer-songwriter who first came to prominence in the early 1980s returns with a concert that spans her discography, from the enduring “Tom’s Diner” and “Luka” to tracks from her new album, Flying With Angels, released in May 2025. Her first studio album in eleven years, it was produced by Gerry Leonard, a long-time collaborator and guitarist also known for his work with David Bowie and Rufus Wainwright.

On stage, Suzanne Vega foregrounds songwriting and melody in a stripped-back format that lets the songs breathe. The program draws as much from her early days, marked by her 1985 debut album, as from her recent creations. Between urban vignettes and intimate narratives, she presents a repertoire in which each piece finds its place, supported by precise guitar work and spare arrangements.
