Laurent Voulzy

Laurent Voulzy is back on the road and will stop at the Salle Marcel Sembat in Chalon-sur-Saône on 24 April 2026. After a series of concerts performed in cathedrals and churches across France, Belgium and Switzerland, he returns in a hall-and-festival configuration with a set conceived to combine intimacy and breadth. Guitars, keyboards and understated backing vocals support an alternation of acoustic moods and more electric textures, in a setting that lets the melodies and the songwriting breathe.

On the programme are signature tracks such as Rockollection, Le Soleil Donne, Belle-Île-en-Mer and Marie-Galante, revisited with new arrangements, alongside songs born from a recent period of writing and composition. His clear voice and finely crafted harmonies steer the concert’s flow, between leisurely ballads and brighter passages. Voulzy unfolds his way of constructing layered songs, where every detail matters, privileging the melodic line and a supple groove. An evening to rediscover a repertoire rooted in French pop, driven by the simple desire to play, sing and share.
