Arnaud Tsamere « Tous contraints »

Arnaud Tsamere has long cultivated a kind of humour that runs against the grain, made up of digressions, trains of thought that veer off, and silences that say a lot. After coming up through improv and making his mark on television with "On n'demande qu'à en rire", he has sharpened a style in which the narrative deliberately derails, asides become comic material and logic twists without effort. On stage he likes to keep situations alive in the present, to play with the audience, to revive an idea just when you think it has been put away, and to let words run until they reveal the absurdity of everyday life.

In Lille, at the Théâtre Sébastopol on 19 November 2026, he lays out this mechanism of his: a stand-up show with theatrical overtones, characters sketched on the fly, and breaks and reprises that create a loose, flexible rhythm. You encounter his verbal tics, his controlled detours and his sense of incongruity, without unnecessary gimmicks. An evening for those who enjoy when writing and improv answer each other, and who laugh as much at the situations as at the way they are told.
